Friendly professional reception, you can tell as soon as you walk into the place you've made a good choice. Great size room with comfortable bed. Clean, modern and some nice little extras that I've not always found in other 4 star hotels that are close by - tea and coffee, some sky TV channels and a room that lives up to the first impressions from the reception area. We were also able to leave our luggage first thing in the morning before check in later that day and the bags had been taken up to our rooms. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again, and perfect for Milan Centrale rail station just opposite.

We had some doubts about the location, but the hotel ended up being way above our expectations. Clean, modern, charming. We only stayed one night to visit friends while passing through Milan. It was extremely convenient being steps away from Milano Centrale train station. And we felt very safe, even late at night. We had two adjoining rooms which made traveling with young children much easier. The breakfast that was included was better quality than we expected and helped us save time to make our early morning train. We plan on staying here again in the future.

The weekend we chose to visit in a very busy one with prices being very unreasonable but here the relationship price/value was still decent (we also booked many months in advance, which helped). The staff service was excellent, we were staying 2 nights and at the last day we need to go to the station early morning, they gave us a breakfast box as I asked before.
